1. Who we are
ADMHub (“ADMHub”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides software for managing Agency Debit Memos (ADMs) for the travel industry. For the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, the data controller responsible for your personal data is ADMHub.

2. The information we collect
We collect the following personal data through this website:
- Demo requests. When you request a demo we collect your name, work email address, company name, your role, your approximate monthly ADM volume, and any message you choose to send us.
- Free guide / email sign-ups. When you request our free ADM guide we collect your email address.
- Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, for security and to keep the service running reliably.
We do not ask for, or intentionally collect, any special category data (such as health, ethnicity or political views). Please do not include such information in the free-text message field.
3. How and why we use your data
We only use your personal data where the law allows us to. The table below sets out our purposes and the lawful basis for each:
- To respond to a demo request and arrange a walkthrough — lawful basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract, and our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries.
- To send the free guide you asked for — lawful basis: your consent, which you give by submitting the form.
- To send transactional emails (a confirmation, the guide, or a reply to your enquiry) — lawful basis: legitimate interests and/or performance of your request.
- To secure and improve the website and prevent fraud or abuse — lawful basis: our legitimate interests in running a safe, reliable service.
- To comply with our legal obligations — lawful basis: legal obligation.
4. Marketing
We will only send you marketing emails where we are permitted to do so and you have not opted out. Every marketing email includes an easy way to unsubscribe, and you can opt out at any time by emailing hello@admhub.co.uk. Transactional messages (for example, a reply to your enquiry or the guide you requested) are not marketing.
5. Who we share your data with
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers (“processors”) who process it on our behalf and under contract, including:
- Supabase — database hosting, used to securely store your enquiry and sign-up details.
- Resend — email delivery, used to send confirmations, the guide and replies.
- Vercel — website hosting and infrastructure.
We may also disclose personal data if required to do so by law, or to protect our rights, property or safety.
6. International transfers
Some of our providers are based outside the UK (for example, in the United States). Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards — such as the UK’s International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA), the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or transfers to a country the UK has deemed adequate — to ensure your data receives an equivalent level of protection.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Demo-request and enquiry details are retained for as long as we are in active discussion with you and for a reasonable period afterwards to maintain our business records. Email sign-up data is kept until you ask us to delete it or unsubscribe. When data is no longer needed we securely delete or anonymise it.
8. Cookies
This website does not use advertising, analytics or other tracking cookies. For full details, see our Cookie Policy.
9. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- ask us to delete your data (the “right to erasure”);
- restrict or object to our processing of your data;
- request a copy of your data in a portable format; and
- withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@admhub.co.uk. We will respond within one month. Exercising your rights is free of charge in most cases.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113. We would, however, appreciate the chance to address your concerns first.
10. Data security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse, including access controls, encryption in transit, and using reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and review our measures regularly.
11. Children
ADMHub is a business-to-business service and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
